Have yooz had the chance to see HBO's 4-hour Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concert? A lot of old farts and younger farts really put on one hell of a show Do yourselves a favor and turn up the surround sound and watch the last hour. You'll see this wierd pairing........Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band with Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine. This You-Tube recording doesn't do it justice, but this is the most astonishing guitar work I've seen since I first saw Jimi Hendrix and said "Guitars don't do that"! ............. G

Waaaaay back when I was in High School I fronted a band called "Spring Tide". Me on rhythm guitar and vocals, a lead guitar, a bass, a keyboard, a sax and a drummer. This song was like our theme (I don't remember why). We started our sets with an instrumental version, and ended our show with me singing the full version (used lots of reverb to cover for my shitty voice)........ This is how I WISH we would have played it............... Dang, I'm old! G

Sometimes I really like to hear some good classical Music if I was to charge a hill or take out bunker... in our sport.. and Glory of victory at the end of the day. Most music just doesnt cut it...
I have special place in my heart of Pipe Organs. I love them I would like to more of them or even have paintball field with set of them on them.. During night games, go at it.. with this resonating over the fields of battle

Yeah, it's called the Wanamaker Pipe Organ because the store it's in was Wanamaker's until a few years ago when that company went belly-up. Macy's bought the store and kept the organ in place. Around Christmas they have popular Yule concerts with the organ and big-name singers. I've been to several. G
