Hey! This guy who crashed a plane into an office building which contained an IRS office.......... His daughter has called him a "HERO". Since I heard it on Fox News (At exactly the same time all the other networks were covering the President's live, first meeting with America's governors, BTW), I know it must be true. Man, Fox really dwelled on it. Although, they made sure to note that they don't really approve of this kind of thing Soooo, I was just wondering. Some of yooz are, lets just say, a little beyond the middle I was just wondering how yooz felt about this. Hero? Terrorist? Garden variety nut-job criminal? Just wondering. G

dont think hes a hero but if he killed irs agents than thats not a big loss a lifes value is based on what you do with it. prime example laywer comercials "ken newgent got me $1,000,000 for my wreck" what was that person worth, did they own a company creat jobs, help their fellow man. or did they work at mickdonals stab somebody get out and go on welfair.
irs sucks the life out of people, the people that work for it are evil by nature of their job. some one willing to bring that much missery should be unleashed on our enemys not our own people
dont condone him but dont care about irs fokes

The IRS people that this guy tried to murder are nothing more than working schlubs like all of us. Any one of us would accept an IRS job in this economy if we were out of work and needed to support our family. The IRS was created, funded and still fully supported by Congress.......BOTH Parties, and by extension, the American People. Republicans had full control just a few years ago and could have abolished the IRS. Same with the Democrats now. The IRS does only what Congress tells it to do, nothing more. Congress writes each and every line of the tax code. It's a pretty neat trick some members of congress have pulled in convincing gullible citizens that the IRS is bad and they themselves are good. Kind of like when the party out of power rails against the "government" when they themselves were, and are, the government. They count on citizens ignoring logic and running on passion alone. Anyhoo, any loon who wants to protest taxes with a plane crash would be more effective crashing that plane into John Boehner, or Mitch McConnell, or Harry Reid, or John McCain, or Nancy Pelosi, or each and every senator and congressman. The IRS is only the messenger. Don't shoot the messenger. I consider the guy a terrorist by any definition of "terrorist" I've ever heard. He used indiscriminate murder and terror tactics to advance a political belief. If his name were Ahmed, and not Joe, or if he were not white, there would be no debate over this. How is he any different than Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma City terrorist? G

I agree he was a terrorist! But were not the patriots also terrorist? A revolution must take an act of terrorism against the "Power" to be started. It is all about perception. What side you are standing on defines what the act must be labled. I don't give a rats ass if everyone died today. If I am the last asshole on the planet I will go about my needs in the best way I can till I am to sick, or injured to continue living. My life as an ant, if you will.

I said this before and I'll say it again. Any of you average Joe's want to step up to the plate and run for office? I'll be your campaign manager and you will win. I'm very good at it. YOU can be an elected official. But, I promise you this.........At some point, after dealing with bullshit you can't even imagine, you'll look yourself in the mirror and say "What the hell was I thinking??!!". Woody, I wondered who was going to say that, if anyone. It is right on target. Absolutely profound. It seems that you become a hero of the revolution if your side wins. If your side loses, you're a terrorist. The winners get to write history. G

Someone posted this over at Spec Ops. I'll say the same thing I said there.
I like the guys message, I like his methods, but it would have been a lot more effective if he hadn't killed anyone. People tend to not look fondly on your message when it involves people getting killed.
But I'm always a fan of dissent and rebellion
